Public Notice The Holcomb Housing Authority announces that on July 28, 2016, the PHA shall make available for public review a draft copy of components of its 2017 Annual Agency Plan per guidelines of 24 CFR 903, a requirement of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. These documents will be available Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 3:00 PM at he PHA office located at 213 E Elm St, Holcomb, MO for a period of approximately 45 days. The PHA has scheduled a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 8:30 AM at the PHA office located at 213 E Elm St., Holcomb MO. At this time, the PHA shall receive and consider any and all comments prior to finalization of their agency plan for submission to HUD on or before October18, 2016.

He/She will have a Bachelorís Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field from a 4 year institution, (MA/MBA/MPA is preferred), and must be bondable.
