CARUTHERSVILLE POLICE REPORTS

Officers arrested 46-year-old Alphonso Davis on a Caruthersville municipal charge of Willfully Opposing a Police Officer in Proper Discharge of Duties. Davis was taken to the Pemiscot County Justice Center pending the filing of formal charges with the Caruthersville Municipal Court.

Officers arrested Claude Taylor, 36, on a Pemiscot County Failure to Appear warrant, with an original charge of Assault Second Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle. Taylor was also found to have a Caruthersville Municipal Failure to Appear warrant with an original charge of Trespassing. Taylor was taken to the Pemiscot County Justice Center, where he is being held on an $846 cash only bond.
