A few weeks ago I listened to a female comedian, Leanne Morgan, share stories about her three children. This lady talked about her “baby girl” going to college. She was troubled over this and mentioned how she tried to convince her child into taking classes online so she wouldn’t miss her “baby child”. This humorous anecdote did not contain any vulgar words. I had a tremendous laugh until “my baby girl” registered for the ACT and talked about where she wanted to attend college. My overactive imagination lurched to her moving into a dorm, waving good-bye to Dad and me on the sidewalk, and her walking around a hilly campus with some boy that her Daddy and I did not know. No! I am not ready! I like our busy home!
