Caruthersville Police Reports

At approximately 1:00 a.m., Caruthersville Police Officers were dispatched to 1109 Laurant in reference to a possible domestic. Upon arrival officers made contact with white male and female which were arguing about a missing cell phone. They were advises of a 12-hour domestic rule. Both parties were ran through Mules/NCIC, and the male had an active warrant through Carter County for possession of a controlled substance. The male was transported to the Pemiscot County Justice Center, where he is being housed awaiting extradition.
