June 13, 2022

Officers arrested 18-year-old Omarionia Kennedy on a Caruthersville municipal warrant for Fighting. Kennedy was taken to the Pemiscot County Justice Center, where she was later released with a summons to Caruthersville Municipal Court.

Ashley Lane, 28, was arrested on a Caruthersville municipal warrant for Fighting and Failure to Obey Lawful Order. Lane was released at the scene with a summons to appear in Caruthersville Municipal Court.

June 14, 2022

Officers responded to Hays Grocery in reference to a subject trespassing on the property. When officers arrived they learned that Andre Welch, who had previously been barred from the property, had returned to the property just prior to their arrival. Welch was later located and issued a summons to Caruthersville Municipal Court for Trespassing 1st Degree.

Officers responded to The Store in reference to theft of fuel. Employees stated that a black male driving a silver Volkswagen Jetta paid for $10 in fuel, but pumped $47.74. Officers checked the address associated with the vehicle, but were unable to locate said vehicle. The vehicle is described as a 2009 Silver Volkswagen Jetta with Missouri plate XF6 H4J. The investigation continues in this matter.

June 18, 2022

Officers arrested Dustin Rawlings on the charge of Kidnapping 1st Degree. Rawlings was transported to the Pemiscot County Justice Center where he is being held on a no bond warrant.

Officers arrested Thomas Simmons on two active outstanding warrants. The first through Probation and Parole for Fraud, with no bond. The second was through Dunklin County for Fraud, also with no bond. Simmons was taken to the Pemiscot County Justice Center.

June 19, 2022

Officers were dispatched to a residence inside city limits where they made contact persons that advised them of an apparent suicide inside the home. Officers then located a 60-year-old deceased male inside the home. They then made contact with the Coroner’s Office.

June 20, 2022

Officers were dispatched to a large fight at East Haven Apartments. It was reported that as many as 40 subjects were involved. Officers were able to identify a juvenile female victim that had reportedly been assaulted by multiple adults. As the investigation progressed, the officers were able to identify several suspects. Those suspects are awaiting the filing of formal charges. The juvenile was taken to the hospital for treatment. The investigation into the matter continues.

June 21, 2022

Officers were dispatched to an address where a male subject stated he had just been assaulted by several individuals while walking down the street. Officers were advised that someone may have been stabbed during the incident. Officers then confirmed that a male subject, also involved in the incident, had indeed been stabbed and transported to the hospital by an unknown person. While officers were investigating the first incident, when they discovered a second subject had been stabbed, or cut, during the incident. Several individuals were questioned regarding the incident. The investigation continues.

June 22, 2022

Officers arrested Brian Green, of Caruthersville, on an active warrant through Missouri Probation and Parole for Sodomy 1st Degree. Green was transported to the Pemiscot County Justice Center and held without bond.
