Kennett United Way solicits agency applications

Applications have been sent to the agencies participating in last year’s United Way funding campaign for inclusion in the upcoming 2019-2020 campaign. The application process is open to other non-profit agencies wishing to apply for United Way funds as well.

Applications may be picked up at the Kennett Chamber of Commerce, 1601 First Street, Kennett, MO 63857, or to receive an application, please email the request to info@kennettmo.com. Applications are due by 12:00 p.m. August 1, 2019. Additional details about the application process can be found on the cover letter and within the application when it is requested.

Incomplete applications or applications received after the deadline will not be accepted or reviewed by the United Way Board of Directors. An application is not a guarantee for funding from the United Way. The Board of Directors will review all submitted applications and will notify agencies of approval or disapproval.

The Kennet United Way is a non-profit organization dedicated to area people in a community-wide effort to raise and allocate funds in support of agencies helping children, youth and disabled adults to reach their potential; agencies promoting financial stability and independence of area residents; and agencies dedicated to improving people’s health.
