Malden Police Reports

On Dec. 28, 2017, Malden Officers arrested Lanny D. Stewart, of Malden, on felony charges of Sodomy in the First Degree, Kidnapping in the Second Degree, 2 counts of Armed Criminal Action, 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. He was held at the Malden Police Station, in lieu of a $250,000.00 cash bond, and later released to Dunklin County authorities.

On Dec. 28, 2017, Malden Officers issued a summons to a 21 year old male, of Malden, on a charge of Trespassing. He is scheduled to appear in Malden Municipal Court on 01-23-2018.

On Friday, Dec. 29, 2017, Officers summonsed a 33-year-old male of Malden on the charge of No Insurance. He is scheduled to appear in Malden Municipal Court on 02132018.

On Saturday, Dec. 30, 2017 Officers summonsed a 48-year-old male of Malden on the charge of Derelict Vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in Malden Municipal Court on 02132018.
