Eagle Scout Clark Henry Freeman, son of Jeremy and Susanna Freeman of Moberly, and grandson of Kent and Ann Freeman of Kennett, and Gene and Marilynn Henry of Clinton, was honored on Sunday, March 12, with a Court of Honor held at Trinity United Methodist Church in Moberly, Mo.

Clark, a freshman at Moberly High School, earned the highest award of the Boy Scouts of America at the age of 14, earning 30 merit badges, and completing an Eagle Service Project. Clark’s Service Project took over 50 hours of service where he led his fellow Scouts in the construction of a picnic table and a flower bed at Trinity UMC’s playground.

During the ceremony Clark was presented with his Eagle badge by Scoutmaster Jeff Lindsey of Troop 19, and was recognized by Missouri State Rep. Tim Remole with a proclamation from the Missouri General Assembly.
