Positives show in Highway 412 project ahead of August 31 deadline

After months of work featuring setbacks due to impatient drivers and unruly weather, road crews along Route 412 in Kennett are finally getting a glimpse at the end of a lengthy and intensive project to renew one of our area's busiest roadways.
