Chamber Quarterly Luncheon spotlights workforce readiness, honors ARI

Kennett Chamber of Commerce members met on Tuesday, Feb. 24, for their Quarterly Luncheon at the Grecian Steakhouse. Executive Director Melissa Combs welcomed members and guests. She then introduced the Chamber's guest speakers, Jim Grebing, Dunklin County Certified Workforce Ready Community (CWRC) Chair and Kennett Director of Economic Development, and Emily Modlin, Supervisor and Functional Leader for the Missouri Career Center, in Kennett. They explained the new CWRC program and how they are trying to get Dunklin County more recognized for potential employers.
