Sokoloff urges a 'yes' vote on MO Amendment 2

Missouri voters are being asked to change the state constitution to give prosecutors another tool, and jurors more information, in child sex crime cases. Constitutional Amendment 2 would allow prosecutors to present evidence of past criminal acts in the trials of defendants accused of sex crimes against victims under 18 years old. The additional evidence could include both charged and uncharged prior acts.
