Carla June Dye, daughter of Lois Brock Floyd and the late Carl Ellenburg, was born Nov. 8, 1962, in Kennett, and departed this life Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at the age of 50.
She is survived by her mother, Lois Floyd, of Bragg City, Mo.; one son, Derrick Dye, of Bragg City; four brothers, Gary Butler, of Bragg City, Lyndell Butler and wife Sherry, of Wardell, Mo., Allan Ellenburg and wife, Tommie, of Bernie, Mo., and Lucian Boggs, of Bragg City; one sister, Karen Lee Butler, of Bragg City; one grandchild, and other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Carlene Ellenburg.
Visitation will be 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., today, Tuesday, Jan. 29, at McDaniel Funeral Service in Kennett.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m., today, Tuesday, Jan. 29, in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett with Rev. H. A. Brooks officiating.
Pallbearers are D. J. Emery, Danny Sisson, Chris Stone, Dale Butler, Jaymison Butler and Caleb Ellenburg.
