DUNKLIN Co., Mo. ---- A Kennett woman was injured during a single-car collision Friday night.
According to Trooper T.P. Watson with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, at approximately 11:02 p.m., on Jan. 11, Casey Crawford, 19, was traveling west in a 2007 Dodge Caliber on Highway 412, one mile east of Kennett, when the car ran off of the road, struck a guardrail, and came to rest in the median.
Crawford was treated for moderate injuries at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett, where she was taken by private vehicle.
The 2007 Dodge Caliber was towed from the scene after sustaining extensive damage. Damage was also reported to the state property of the guard rail that Crawford struck.
Crawford was not reported to be wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash.
