Gosnell beats South Pemiscot in boys basketball final at Bulldog Classic

STEELE, Mo. - The third-seeded Gosnell, Ark., Pirates defeated the fourth-seeded South Pemiscot Bulldogs 69-55 Friday night in the championship of the Bulldog Classic.

South Pemiscot led the game 18-8 after the first quarter before the Pirates won the second quarter 30-8 to build a 38-26 lead by halftime. South Pemiscot never regained the lead in the second half.

Jacob Trammel knocked down all four of South Pemiscot's 3-pointers on his way to a game-high 15 points. Seth Harris tallied 11 points for the Bulldogs.

Richard Razor tallied a team-high 23 points for South Pemiscot. Tre Howe added 20 and Terrence Anderson recorded 15 for the Pirates.
