'Jaded' set to wrap up Fall Concert Series

Local music lovers who may have been planning to attend the Downtown Kennett Fall Concert Series have one more chance to catch the action, as local group, Jaded, is set to conclude the series this Thursday, Oct. 11.

The final concert will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., on the north side of the Dunklin County Courthouse. All performances are free to the public and seating is general admission. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets. As with the previous concerts, a concesion stand benefitting the Kennett Downtown Revitalization Program will be set up selling food and drinks.

Jaded has one mission -- to entertain! Loaded with a powerful combination of hometown musicians from very different and unique musical backgrounds, Jaded has a playlist that refuses to be defined. No matter what your musical taste, Jaded delivers!

Jaded consists of Daren Cunningham, vocals, guitars, synths, keys; Nathan Creed, vocals, guitars, keys; Matthew Poole, vocals, keys, percussion; Matt Jackson, bass; and Joey Privett, drums.

Jaded appears throughout Southeast Missouri and Northeast Arkansas, and has been fortunate enough to perform alongside such great artists as Trent Tomlinson, David Allan Coe, Angie Penny, Further Down, Noll Billings, Tony Spinner, Ben Brand, T. Graham Brown, John Conlee, The Bellamy Brothers and Sammy Kershaw.

The Kennett Downtown Concert Series is hosted by the City of Kennett, the Kennett Downtown Revitalization Program, and the Kennett Community Development Corporation (KCDC).

This event is designed to help promote local artists and social interaction in the downtown area.

The KCDC and the Kennett Downtown Revitalization Programs are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.
