Alma Morgan Hollis, 94, of Greenway, Ark., passed away Monday, Oct. 1, 2012, at Twins Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
She was born Aug. 21, 1918, in Piggott, Ark., and was the daughter of the late Homer and Clercy Brown Haywood.
She was united in marriage to Ralph Morgan in 1936 and he preceded her in death on Aug. 21, 1966. On May 10, 1969, she was united in marriage to Orbra Hollis and he preceded her in death on July 17, 1992. She was also preceded in death by Greg and Gilbert Hollis; two brothers, Claude Haywood and Don Haywood; three sisters, Lou Ridge, Myrtle Johnson, and Zelma Siecinski.
Survivors include Gena Beeson and husband, Bill, of Buena Vista, Colo., Max Morgan and wife, Beverly, of Holcomb, Mo., Charles Albert Hollis and wife, Sandra, of Greenway, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m., Friday, Oct. 5, at the Hoggard & Sons Chapel in Piggott, Ark..
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct., 6, at the Hoggard & Sons Chapel with James Balcom officiating.
Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
