Wilma Jean Johnson, 54, of Malden died Friday, September 14, 2012, at Southern Healthcare in Dexter.

Born October, 1, 1957 in Catron, Mo., she was the daughter of the late George Scott and late Josephine Hunter. On September 21, 1979, she was united in marriage to David Johnson, who survives of the home.

Also surviving are one son, Eric Johnson and wife, Tammy, of Malden; three sisters, Margaret Greer of Catron, Mo; Juline Yancy and husband, Bobby, of Cincinnati, Ohio; and Pauline Hall of Chicago, Ill., and two grandchildren, Jayla Anderson, of Howardsville, Mo; and Isaiah Johnson of Malden.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, James Hunter, and one sister, Essie Bee Payne.

Visitation was held Friday, September 21, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden with services immediately following in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Gene Parks officiating. Burial was in Macedonia Cemetery in Malden. Bradshaw Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
