Robert "Robbie" Franklin Coleman, 52, of Gideon died Saturday, July 21, 2012, at his residence in Gideon. He was a member of Stanfield General Baptist Church.

Born in Kennett on March 9, 1960, he was the son of the late Robert Coleman and Barbara (Moore) Coleman Warren. On July 31, 1976, in Malden, he was united in marriage to Terri Willard, who survives of the home in Gideon.

Also surviving are two daughters, Michelle Houart and husband, Johnny, of Gideon, and Carrie Fowler and husband, Troy, of Portageville; one brother, David Coleman and wife, Carolyn, of Clarkton, six sisters, Debbie Coleman of Sikeston, Deneise Sharp of Gideon, Diane Cahill and husband, Kevin, of Cordova, Tenn., Lori Williams and husband, Michael, of Springfield, Mo., Tammy Kiestler and husband, Allen, of Ripley, Tenn., and Toni Coleman of Ripley, and four grandchildren, Alexa Grissom of Gideon, Seth Houart of Gideon, Taryn Fowler of Portageville and Tyson Fowler of Portageville.

Visitation was held Monday, July 23, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Gideon. Funeral services followed immediately in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Earnest Puckett officiating. Burial was in Stanfield Cemetery at Clarkton. Bradshaw Funeral Home of Gideon was in charge of arrangements.
