Frank Joseph Bommarito, son of the late Frank Bommarito and Bessie May Day Bommarito, was born Aug. 8, 1933, in St. Louis, Mo., and passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012, at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark., at the age of 78.
On April 18, 1992, in Cahokia, Ill., he married Charlene Muncher. He was U.S. Army and a U.S. Marine Corp veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Charlene Bommarito, of Arbyrd, Mo.; two sons, Bobby Spencer, of Arbyrd, and Richard Spencer, of Paragould, Ark.; two daughters, Sherry Spencer, of Cardwell, Mo., and Shirley Linderman, of Light, Ark.; two nephews, Mark Bennett and Kevin Bennett; three nieces, Jennifer Brooks, Stacie Welcher and Karen Brockfield; one half-brother, Bill; one half-sister, Beatrice; 12 grandchildren-two preceded in death; three great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Anna Bennick and Bessie Bommarito.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 26, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Senath, Mo.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 26, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jason Nole officiating.
Burial will follow in the Silverdale Cemetery at Arbyrd.
Pallbearers are Mark Kretch, Steven Remagen, Bennie Clements, Sean Kellims, Jose Delores, Brandon Cupp, Tony Vowels and John Crosby.
