Paul Howard Black

Paul Howard Black 97, of Malden died Monday, April 9, 2012, at Malden Nursing & Rehab. He was a World War II Veteran of the U.S. Army.

Born in Parma on March 3, 1915, he was the son of the late Lewis Oscar Black and Clara Belle (Paul) Black.

Survivors include four sisters, Mary Albritton of St. Peters, Mo., Bonnie Truett of Risco, Dixie Patterson of Risco and Ruth McCord of Maryland Heights, Mo., and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Myrtle DuBois and Madge McIntosh and two brothers, Lester Black and Earl Black.

Visitation was held Friday, April 13, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden. Funeral services followed immediately in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Lewis Scott officiating. Burial with Military Rites was in Memorial Park Cemetery at Malden. Bradshaw Funeral Home of Malden was in charge of arrangements.
