Willodean Wheeler, 85, of Kennett, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2012, at National HealthCare in Kennett.

Born Dec. 30, 1926, in Leslie, Ark., daughter of the late Stanley Terrell and Alpha Bell Still Terrell, she was a seamstress at the garment factory, and a member of the Spoonerville Baptist Church in Malden, Mo.

On April 29, 1945, in Piggott, Ark., she married Hubert W. Wheeler, who preceded her in death on Aug. 14, 2008. She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Claude Terrell, Willard Terrell, Bill Terrell and Jimmy Terrell and one sister, Imogene Overman.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Hubert and Ester Wheeler, of Dexter, Mo.; two daughters and son-in-law, Carolyn Shipman, of Kennett and Janet and Jim Murphy, of Bernie, Mo.; one brother, Paul Terrell, of Malden; six grandchildren, Jarret Wheeler, of Bella Vista, Ark., Jennifer Murphy, of Bernie, Jacqueline Loggins, Cindy Thomas and Carrie Byers, all of Kennett and Christi Todd, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to service time at 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 28, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel in Malden.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 28, at Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ed Jansson and Pastor Tim Russell officiating.

Burial will follow in the Rosewood Cemetery at Malden.
