Bobbie Jean Picotte, 76, of Manila, Ark., widow of Theodore Picotte, died Wednesday, Feb. 29, 2012, in Kennett.
Born at Manila, she was the daughter of the late Ned and Nora Osborne Rice and had been a lifelong area resident. Bobbie was a homemaker and a Baptist.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a grandson, Dustin Carey.
She is survived by one daughter, Donna Kilbreth, of Kennett; one son, Dan Carey, of Lone Jack, Mo.; one sister, Mary Sue Robirds, of Manila; three grandchildren, Angela, Dawn, and Kevin, and three great-grandchildren, Leigh, Cheyenne, and Alex. She also leaves her step-granddaughter and caregiver, Amanda Kilbreth, and three step-great-grandchildren, Conner, Kearla, and Christion.
The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m., Saturday, March 3, until service time at 1 p.m.., at Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, March 3, at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel with Revs.William Piercy and Bob Taylor officiating.
Burial will follow in the Manila Cemetery.
Pallbearers will include Monti Minor, Chris Seats, Dustin Tyson, Kenny Redman, Wayne Shaw and Charles Pollard.
