She was married to William "Cobb" Doughten, who preceded her in death on Dec. 20, 2007. They resided in Gibson, Mo. and were the proprietors of "The Gibson Store". She was also preceded in death by two siblings, Buell Keating and Alma Lou Tweety.
Survivors include three siblings, John Keating, of Kennett, Patsy Keating of Gibson, and Janice Martinez and husband Peter, of Michigan.
Survivors also include children, Renee Culpepper and husband Charles Bulla, of Kennett; Linda McElyea and husband Bud, of Kennett; Sheri Vandiver and husband Terry, of Piggott, Ark., and David Randall Love, of Gibson. Grandchildren include, Rob Culpepper of Russellville, Ark., Richie Culpepper and wife Cynthia, of Haskell, Texas, Holly Baxter and husband Kevin, of Jonesboro, Ark., Kollin, Kody, and Sarah Love of Gibson, Dusty Vandiver and wife Ashley, of Terrell, Texas, Eddie McElyea and wife Dawn, of Cabot, Ark., Johnnie Paul McElyea of Auburn, Ill., and Candice Montgomery and husband Jeff, of Caruthersville, Mo. Great-grand children include Haley, Dustin, Kalob, Chelsea, Megan, Kelsey, Austin, Devan, Jonathan, and Jaden.
A "Celebration of Life" will be held Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012, at McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett, Mo.Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. and the service following at 2 p.m.
The family suggests that memorial donations be made to the American Lung Association or a charity of your choice.
