Born July 28, 1938 in Halls, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Forrest Dee Kitterman and the late Emma Frances Goodson Kitterman. She was a homemaker and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Michael Coker of Manning and Stephen Coker of Owensboro, Ky; three daughters, Jeri Paxton of Florence, Kimberly Foster of Lexington and Sandra Martoccia of Belton; one brother, Jimmie Kitterman of St Louis, Mo; two sisters, Nancy Buttery of Concord, N.C., and Martha Kincade of Malden, Mo; nine grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2012, in the chapel of Stephens Funeral Home with the Rev. Drew Taylor officiating. Burial was in Clarendon Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers were Ben Brewer, Dave Kiehn, Norwood Williams, Dale DuBose, Tad Graham and Tod Graham.
