Roy Cunningham, son of the late Henry Cunningham and Bessie Mullin Cunningham, was born Sept. 19, 1937, in Holland, Mo., and departed this life Sunday, Nov. 27, 2011, in Kennett, at the age of 74 years, 2 months and 8 days.
Roy married Reyna Holman on March 31, 1984.
Survivors include his wife, Reyna Cunningham, of Kennett; four sons, James Marrow, of Kennett, David Cunningham, of Bismark, Mo., Mark Cunningham, of Farmington, Mo., and Jeff Cunningham, of Park Hills, Mo.; two daughters, Carol Jenkins, of Kennett, and Emily Brown, of Marble Hill, Mo.; 18 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one brother, Rodney Cunningham; three sisters, Joyce Matich, of Elsa, Ill., Yvonne Burleson, of Indianapolis, Ind., and Bunnie Pickard, of Gideon, Mo., and other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Amie Story; a brother, Ray Cunningham and a sister, Kitty Cunningham.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Tuesday, Nov. 29, at McDaniel Funeral Service in Kennett.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 30, at McDaniel Chapel in Kennett with Pastor Brian Shearer officiating.
Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers will be Greg Wilson, Bill Brooks, Gary Neighbors, Steve Williams, Mike Goodman and Justin Beaver.
