Born Sept. 6, 1963, in Weslaco, Texas, daughter of Rafael Ybarra, Jr., and Janie Taylor Burns, she was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Hornersville.
On Sept. 4, 1984, in Blytheville, Ark., she married Herbert Kaneko.
Survivors include her husband, Herbert Kaneko, of Hornersville; two sons, Herbert Kaneko, Jr., and Jake Ryan Kaneko, both of Hornersville; her mother and father, Janie and Sonny Burns; her father, Rafael Ybarra, Jr., of Mercedes, Texas; six brothers, Moses Ybarra, David Ybarra and Matthew Ybarra, all of Mercedes, Timmy Burns, of Hornersville, Edward Burns, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Michael Burns, of Hornersville; three sisters, Delores Ybarra, of Weslaco, Texas, Jessica Ybarra, of Mercedes and Christy Coronado, of Hornersville, and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m., today, Friday, Nov. 11, at Bradshaw-Emerson Funeral Home in Hornersville.
Funeral services will be held at noon, Saturday, Nov. 12, at the First Baptist Church in Hornersville with Bro. Paul Moore officiating.
Burial will follow in the Horner Cemetery at Hornersville.
Pallbearers are Jeff Patterson, Tracy Taylor, Keith Cole, Eric Davis, Daniel Hopper and Terry Vaughn.
Honorary pallbearers are Jackie Taylor, Jr., and Carl and Claudie Burns.
