Bobbie Nell Stovall, daughter of the late A.R. and Grace Thomas Pace, was born Jan. 24, 1925, in Lena, Miss., and passed away Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011, at Belle Meade Nursing Home in Paragould, Ark., at the age of 86.
She was preceded in death by husband, Corporal John J. Stovall, Jr., on May 13, 1995. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Carter and Julia Palmer.
Survivors include two daughters, June Stovall and Beverla Stovall, both of Paragould, Ark.; one brother, Andy Pace, of Hattiesburg, Miss.; one sister, Lynda Wyman, of Hattiesburg; a special friend, Chuck Grigsby, of Paragould; one granddaughter, Jennifer Cates, of Paragould; several nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., today, Tuesday, Nov. 1, at McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Senath with Rev. Terry Wallace officiating.
Burial was in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers were Tom Johnson, Gary Simmons, Burt Barrett, Mylo Barrett, Jamie Cates, Dondee Barrett and John Bradley Pace.
Honorary pallbearers were Charles Horner, John David Raines, Kenny Johnson and James Davis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your local Humane Shelter, Senath First Baptist Church and Breast Cancer Research.
