Cora Kelley, daughter of the late Cleo and Velma May Grimes Thompson, was born Feb. 22, 1942, in Guion, Ark., and passed away Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett, at the age of 69.
On Aug. 15, 1958, in Kennett, she married Coy Kelley.
Survivors include her husband, Coy Kelley, of Senath, Mo.; one daughter, Jeanetta Key and husband, Jason, of Senath; one brother, Jimmy Ray Thompson, of Gentry, Ark.; three sisters, Nora Kelley, of Kennett, Betty Ayers, of Melbourne, Ark., and Irene Burton, of Kennett, and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Benny Thompson.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., today, Tuesday, Nov. 1, at McDaniel Funeral Home in Senath.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 2, at McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Denny Brown officiating.
Burial will follow in the Senath Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Jimmy Ray Thompson, Howard Lon Burton, Jason Key, Travis Shaver, Bruce Allen Miller and Jim Schell.
