Christine McGrew, daughter of the late Everett and Bessie Kelley Wilkins, was born Dec. 24, 1919, in Senath, Mo., and passed away Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2011, at Arkansas Methodist Hospital in Paragould, Ark., at the age of 91.
Her husband, Tom McGrew preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Randy McGrew and Gene McCormick; four brothers and one sister.
Survivors include two sons, Jack McGrew, of Arbyrd, Mo., and Greg McGrew, of Cardwell, Mo.; two daughters, Rita Williams, of Woodstock, Ga., and Peggy Babcock, of St. Louis, Mo.; one sister, Doris Laverne McCoy, of Searcy, Ark.; eight grandchildren, Sheila, Paula, Julie, Kurt, Suzanne, Michael, Carrie and Jessica; 12 great-grandchildren and other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be from noon to service time at 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 8, at McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Senath, Mo.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 8, at McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with David Flanrey officiating.
Burial will follow in the McGrew Cemetery near Senath.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Wilkins, Larry Golden, Mark Davidson, David Neal, Lester Forbs and Mike Morris.
