Lois Margaret Goza, 87, of Sikeston, Mo., died Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011, at the Sikeston Convalescent Center.
She was born Nov. 7, 1923, in Marks, Miss., to the late John Scott and Mayne Juanita Lay Pratt. Living in both Scott and Stoddard counties, she was a housewife and homemaker, and a member of the Assembly of God Church in Sikeston.
She was married to Hutson L. Goza, Sr., for 41 years, and he preceded her in death Jan. 31, 2011. Also preceding her in death were one daughter, Gail King; one brother, Marvin Pratt, and one granddaughter.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Hutson Lee, Jr. and Marci Goza, of Pineville, La.; three daughters and one son-in-law, Carol McDonough, of Dexter, Mo., Linda and Ron Underwood ,of Sikeston, and Cathy Christian, of Dexter, and one brother, John Pratt, of Springfield, Mo. Also surviving are seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 8, at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.
Funeral services will follow at noon in the Nunnelee Chapel with Rev. Hutson L. Goza, Jr., of Pineville, La., officiating.
Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
Pallbearers will be Tim King, Andy King, Dylan King, John Pratt, Ron Underwood and Greg Ashley.
