Jerry Ray Clark, 74, of Campbell, Mo., passed away Friday, Sept. 30, 2011, at Campbell.

Born Sept. 7, 1937, in Frisbee, Mo., son of the late Jake Clark and Maxine Crews Clark, he was a member of Spoonerville Baptist Church in Malden, Mo.

On Oct. 11, 1956, in Friendship, Mo., he married Juanita Broglin.

Survivors include his wife, Juanita Clark, of Campbell; two sons, Jerry Dale Clark, of Austin, Texas and Michael Clark and wife, Tracy, of Piedmont, Mo.; three daughters, Debra "Debbie" Midgett and husband, Jessie, of Clarkton, Mo., Lisa Clark, of Gosnell, Ark., and Carolyn Clark, of Gibson, Mo.; one brother, Junior Thomas Clark, of Wichita Falls, Texas; 10 grandchildren, Jeffery Hightower, Anita Albritton, Brittany Midgett, Jennifer Hill, Jered Clark, Shane Nelson, Ashley Ayers, Justin Ayers, Cody Clark and Sarah Clark, and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one son, Bobby Wayne Clark; one grandson, Jerry Wayne Clark; two brothers, Franklin D. Clark and John Tom Clark, and one sister, Mary Alice Clark.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, Oct. 3, at Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel in Malden with Rev. Richard Blagg officiating.

Burial was in the Stanfield Cemetery at Clarkton.
