Grace Era Noble, 87, of Kennett, went to be with the Lord Sunday, July 24, 2011.
She was born April 25, 1924 in Monette, Ark.
Mrs. Noble was a member of First Baptist Church of Kennett.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Noble; her parents, Effie and Ransom "Doc" Simpson; three sisters, Mildred Armstrong, Ona Boston, and Vera Cates, and three brothers, Orville Simpson, Elliott "Gilley" Sims, and Freddie Simpson.
She is survived by six sons and three daughters; Howard Noble, Jr., of Farmington, Mo., Linda Crew and husband, Greg, of Cecilia, KY, Kathy Cavaness, of Fayetteville, Ark., Jerry Noble and wife, Sherry, of Paragould, Ark., Kerry Noble and wife, Anna, of Kennett, Terry Noble and wife, Thana, of Desoto, Mo., Tricia Gamble and husband, Damon, of Farmington, Steve Noble and wife, Becky, of Farmington, and Kenny Noble and wife, Jennie, of Manila, Ark.; one sister, Maxine Kemp, of Little Rock, Ark.; 16 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren, and many friends who lovingly refer to her as Mama Era.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Tuesday, July 26, at McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, July 27, at McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Dale Rickman and J.E. Crews officiating.
Sons will serve as pallbearers.
Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
