She was born Dec. 30, 1930 in Malden, Mo., to Jesse J. and Lila Vaughn Kincade.
She and Bill Lambert were married Aug. 28, 1948, in Dexter, Mo. He preceded her on Nov. 6, 2004.
Mrs. Lambert was the Manager of a Cotton Gin in Malden. She was a current member of Cape County Cowboy Church and a past member of the First Southern Baptist Church of Malden.
Survivors include two daughters, Diana Schoolfield, of Jackson, and Karen J. Kassel, of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; a sister, Frieda Gavin, of Malden; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, three brothers and a sister.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Thursday, June 16, at the First Southern Baptist Church in Malden.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 16, at First Southern Baptist Church in Malden with the Rev. Aubrey LeBlanc officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions may be given to Lutheran Family Children Services, 3178 Blattner Dr., Cape Girardeau, MO. 63703.
