Jeffrey Alan Bowling, 49, of Malden, Mo., passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2011, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter, Mo.
Born May 29, 1961, in Peru, Ind., son of Marie Jones Bowling and the late Oscar Bowling, he was a cabinet maker for WW Wood Products in Dudley, Mo.
On Aug. 23, 2002, in Piggott, Ark., he married Sandra Bowling.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Bowling, of Malden; his mother, Marie Bowling, of Bragg City, Mo.; two brothers, Ronnie Bowling and wife, Kathy, and Steve Bowling and wife, Shelia, all of Kennett; three sisters, Linda Strother and husband, Jimmie, of Bragg City, and Shirley Nitz, and Connie Riley and husband, Terry, all of Kennett, and a host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Oscar Bowling.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m.. today, Thursday, May 5, at Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with Revs. Dale Rickman and Jack Allen officiating.
Burial was in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers were Mike Strother, Greg Bowling, Chris Bowling, Tim Lawrence, Jeff Kincade, Marc Blankenship, Larry McCarly.
