Kittie Lou Kellums, 86, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., formerly of Hornersville, Mo., passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2011, at her residence.
Born Oct. 20, 1924, in Kennett, daughter of the late Edward Lee Lewis and Laura Catherine Hanners Lewis, she was a cook at Senath-Hornersville School.
Survivors include two daughters, Mary Armiger and husband, Ed, of Poplar Bluff, and Debbie Maxson and husband, Steve, of Rockport, Texas; one son, Steven Earl Kellums, of Poplar Bluff; four grandsons, Keith Armiger and wife, Stephanie, and Steven Armiger and wife, Tracy, all of Poplar Bluff, Reed Maxson and wife, Tracie, of Cypress, Texas, and Riley Maxson and wife, Mari, of Corpus Christi, Texas; one granddaughter, Laura Waters and husband, John, of Grand Prairie, Texas, and a host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Hattie Kellums and Delia Blede, and one brother, Joe Lewis.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., today, Friday, April 22, at Bradshaw-Emerson Funeral Home in Hornersville.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 23, at the Bradshaw-Emerson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Brian Sharp officiating.
Burial will follow in the Horner Cemetery at Hornersville.
