Lawrence Maple, son of the late Earl Fred and Dorothy Owens Maple, was born Nov. 24, 1944, in St. Louis, Mo., and passed away Thursday, Feb. 17, 2011, at his residence in Cardwell, Mo., at the age of 66.
Survivors include his spouse, Phyllis Maple, of Cardwell; one son, Thomas Wayne Maple, of Cardwell; one daughter, Lisa Marie Champion, of Paragould, Ark.; one brother, Earl Maple, of Huntington Beach, Calif.; four grandchildren, David, Jordan and Jaxon Champion and Dakota Haines, and other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 20, at McDaniel Funeral Home in Senath, Mo.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, Feb. 21, at McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Levon Delee officiating.
Burial will follow in the Cardwell Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Gilbert Gonzalez, Jason Casinger, Jimmy Gibson, Glen McBride, Geri Maclin and Dale Johns.
