Guy V. White, Jr., 60, of Collinsville, Ill., passed away Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011, at his residence.
Born Jan. 11, 1951, in Bragg City, Mo., son of Guy V. White Sr., and the late Levolia Palmer White, he was a graduate from Michigan State College. He was a government accountant, which led him into the oil company.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Jeffrey Lynn White.
Survivors include his father, Guy White, Sr., of Kennett; three brothers, Leroy, Leo Lerenzo and Done' Joe White, all of Kennett; six sisters, Johnnie Pearl White and Amelia Grey, both of Michigan, Patricia Ann Arrington and Naomi White, both of Jonesboro, Ark., and Jeanette McKinney and Levelia White, both of Kennett, and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 16, at Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with Elder L.D. Pulliam officiating.
Burial will follow in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers are Aaron White, Anthony White, Alexzander Monroe Gordon, Rashaad White, Donald E. Edwards and Eugene Harrell White.
Honorary pallbearers are LeRoy White and Larenzo White.
