He was born April 14, 1944 in Poplar Bluff, Mo., son of Doris McDaniel Stonecipher, of Holcomb, Mo., and the late John Stonecipher.
He had owned and operated Missouri Food & Beverage, was a member of the Missouri National Guard for nine years, a member of the 4 Mile Masonic Lodge in Campbell, Mo., and a member of the Scottish Rite in St. Louis, Mo.

Other survivors include one daughter, Lori Laramore, of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; three grandchildren, one sister and brother-in-law, Leslie and Jerry Hanning, of Mt. Vernon Ill.
Funeral services were held today, Tuesday, Feb. 8, at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston with Rev. Steve Moody officiating.
Burial was in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
