Audrey Bost Marshall, daughter of the late Claude Bost and Lessie Smith Bost, was born April 17, 1918, in Senath, Mo., and passed away Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011, at National HealthCare in Kennett, at the age of 92.
On Oct. 31, 1936, in Cardwell, Mo., she married Kyle Marshall, who preceded her in death on July 24, 2005. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Gordon Marshall and Claudie Dale Marshall; three brothers, Harold "Fuzz" Bost, L.C. Bost, and C.B. Bost; one sister, Ruby Moody; one granddaughter, Lathan Godfrey Smith and one great-great-grandchild.
Survivors include one son, Clinton "Sonny" Marshall and wife, Pat, of Senath; three daughters, Phyllis Traywick and husband, Bill, of Cardwell, Mo., Gwenda Godfrey and husband, James, of Senath, and Elaine Marret and husband, Jim, of Sikeston, Mo.; one brother, Joe Bost and wife, Mildred, of Senath; two sisters, Jewell Woolfe, of Little Rock, Ark., and Eva Nadine Vanausdoll and husband, Darrel, of Cardwell; eight grandchildren, Donna Rowland, Selena Poyner, Nancy Robinson, Janet Hale, LeAnn Bostic, Kurtis Kyle Marshall, Matthew Marret and Joshua Marret; 22 great-grandchildren, Natasha Hawkins, Aaron Summitt, Amanda Mikel, Jeremy Cude, Garrett Cude, Scott Haggard, Andrew Myrick, Diedra Crossno, Lindsay Fry, Colton Hale, Steven Hale, Mallory Hale, Marcus Johnson, Samuel Kyle Marshall, Matt Hay, Paige Jackson, Josh Hay, Dexter Bostic, Kyle Long, Kane Long, Kenzi Koepp and Ellie Marret; eight great-great-grandhchildren, Ayden Qualls, Rylan Hawkins, Ace Summitt, Logan Mikel, Kaylyn Fry, Luke Jackson, McKenzie Jackson, and Walker Kyle Johnson, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Tuesday, Jan. 4, at McDaniel Funeral Home in Senath.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 5, at McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Senath with Bro. Darrell Douglas officiating.
Burial will follow in the Lulu Cemetery at Senath.
Pallbearers are Kurtis Kyle Marshall, Matthew Marret, Joshua Marret, Scott Haggard, Andrew Myrick, Jeremy Cude, Garrett Cude, Colton Hale and Marcus Johnson.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Lulu Cemetery or the charity of your choice.
