Brenda Sue Jackson, 59, of Kennett, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2010, at her residence.
Born Feb. 16, 1951, in Hayti, Mo., daughter of the late Preston Tanner and Bessie Stanley Tanner, she was a homemaker and a member of O'Keena Church.
Survivors include three sons, Danny Howell, of Texas, John Raymond Gant, of Fort Myers, Fla., and Chance Crawford, of Kennett; three daughters, Jama Winkle and Dawn Biggs, both of Kennett and Amy Jackson, of Lyles, Tenn.; one brother, Sonny Tanner, of England; one sister, Midge Slider, of Alexander, La.; one niece, Ronnie Chase, of Kennett; special friends, Brenda Williams, Jeff Carnell and the Biggs family, all of Kennett; 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, James Tanner; one sister, Dorothy Berry, and two grandsons, Ronnie Reeves and Brandon Garland.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 18, at Bradshaw Funeral Home of Kennett.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 18, in the Sumach Cemetery at Holcomb, Mo., with Rev. Dennis Collins officiating.
