James Harold Tracer, 82, of Rector, Ark., passed away Sunday, Aug. 1, 2010 at the Arkansas Methodist Hospital in Paragould, Ark.
He was born July 14, 1929, to the late R.C. and Bessie Lester Tracer, in Red Onion, Mo. He enjoyed life to the fullest and served as a jack of all trades. He was a farmer, a stock car driver, drove for Glen Sain Motor Sales for 20 years, loved working with horses and being with his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a great-granddaughter, Randi Lynn Mooneyhan; a brother, Billy Tracer, and a sister, Betty Rylant.
He is survived by his wife of fifty-seven years, Dorothy Tracer; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Danny Tracer, of Russellville, Ark., Bobby Tracer, of Rector, and Scotty and Shelly Tracer, of Rector; a daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Nick Watson, of Paragould; four grandchildren, Jennifer Mooneyhan, Sara McCormic, Blake Tracer and Brittney Tracer, and a great-grandson, Jacob Mooneyhan.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., today, Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2010, at the Fifth and Pine Church of Christ with Bro. Ken Roden officiating.
Burial was in the Woodland Heights Cemetery.
