Misty Dawn Edmonston, daughter of Fred and Christy Chandler, was born April 26, 1977, in Kennett, and passed away Thursday, June 10, 2010, at the Baptist East Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., at the age of 33.
On Dec. 13, 1997, in Senath, Mo., she married Justin Edmonston.
Misty was a member of the Hornersville Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Justin Edmonston, of Hornersville; a daughter, Camille Edmonston, of Hornersville; her parents, Fred and Christy Chandler, of Senath; a sister, Wendy Stewart and husband, Jason, of Monette, Ark.; a brother, Jason Chandler and wife, Amber, of Senath; a grandmother, Dorotha Purvis, of Kennett; her father and mother-in-law, John and Becky Edmonston, of Hornersville; brothers-in-law, John Edmonston II, of Hornersville, and Aaron Edmonston and wife, Caley, of Hornersville; a sister-in-law, Becca Edmonston Cook and husband, Stoney, of Hornersville; nieces and nephews, Dylan and Dawson Stewart, Morgan and Lily Chandler, John Kyle and Kylie Cook, Sophia Edmonston, and Caitlyn, Myra, and Chloe Edmonston; several aunts and uncles, and other relatives and many, many friends, that loved Misty so much.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Leroy Purvis, and Robert Warren McGrew.
Visitation was from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday, June 13, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Monday, June 14, at the Hornersville Baptist Church with Revs. Paul Moore and Kevin Sullivan officiating.
Burial was in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers were Brandon Lane, Daniel Burlison, Bart Branum, Marty Moore, Eddie Lomax, and Grant Gaylean, all members of Misty and Justin's Sunday School Class.
