James Allen Harmon, son of the late William Harmon and Mary Keen Harmon, was born June 1, 1942 in Commerce, Mo., and departed this life Tuesday, May 25, 2010, at the age of 67.
He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include one brother, William E. Harmon and wife Laura Jean, of Senath, Mo.; six sisters, Joellen Broot, of Michigan, Nadine Loomis and Norma Bost, both of Senath, Mavis Ray, of Michigan, Alberta Martinez and Carolyn Cook, both of Florida, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
James was preceded in death by one brother, William Franklin Harmon and one sister, Edna Flordia.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Thursday, May 27, at McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, May 28, at McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayland Tom officiating.
Burial will follow in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.
