Born June 5, 1933, in Clarkton, Mo., daughter of the late W. Alva and Lela Kerr Dockins, she was a member of the First Baptist Church in Red Bud, Ill.
On Dec. 24, 1953, she married Charles Lynn Jordan, who preceded her in death on June 17, 1969. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Darel Dockins.
Survivors include two daughters, Paula Diehl and Susan Scowden, both of Saint Cloud; three sons, Keith Jordan, of Belton, Mo., Gene Jordan, of Collinsville, Ill., and Bryan Jordan, of Orlando, Fla.; one sister, Sue Rowe, of Waxahachie, Texas; one brother, Gerald Dockins, of O'Fallon, Mo.; four grandsons, Bradleah Jordan, Jeremy Jordan, Joshua Jordan and Marshall Diehl; one granddaughter, Rebecca Jordan; one great-granddaughter, Mary Jeanette Jordan, and foster mother to 45 children.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m., today, Friday, March 12, at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden, Mo.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, March 13, at Bradshaw Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Paul Mathenia officiating.
Burial will follow in Stanfield Cemetery at
