To start, of course, you start with a plain Dog on a plain bun.
Add mustard, tomato, onion, pickle, relish, peppers and celery salt and you have a Chicago Style Hot Dog. If you purchase the hot dog from Chicago's famous Vienna Beef Company, Kosher style whole beef cuts, with no artificial fillers of any type at all and slowly smoked to achieve the perfect pure beef flavor, you have the Original Chicago Hot Dog.
You can name one after you making one the same as above and add gardiniera.
The German Reuben Dog is next with kraut, Swiss cheese, thousand island dressing, pickle and pepper.
The Kennett Dog is bacon, cheese, tomato and mayonnaise.
The Italian Dog is melted cheddar cheese and fresh garlic
The New England or Boston dog is by adding baked beans, potato salad, onions and mustard.
Shed A Tear Baby Dog is with diced onions, New York onions, onion rings, and brown mustard.
Potato Cheese Dog comes next with melted cheddar, potato pancakes, Swiss cheese, sport peppers, and brown mustard
The West Coast Footballer Dog is made with potato pancakes, chili, onions, bacon, and spicy red chili sauce.
The Frisco Kid Dog is a simple tomato, bacon plus cream cheese
Hawaiian Dog of course has pineapple plus tomato, bacon, Swiss, and jalapenos.
Guac The Dog is made of guacamole, cheese, salsa, and onions.
Larry's Dog is chili, cheese, fries, and onions.
Hank's Frank is macaroni salad and cheese.
The Surf N' turf is fried jumbo dog, popcorn shrimp, onions, and spicy red chili sauce.

To make them simple just have chili, melted cheese, kraut, slaw, and fried onions available. The dog can be bratwurst, kielbasa, polish, hot polish, Italian, or even a hot tamale.
