Have you ever wanted to have guests for a five course dinner and you didn't know where to start? Here is my help for a steak dinner with hot biscuits, grated Gouda cheese, figs, and fresh fruit for appetizers. The second course would be potato soup, and a fruit dish. The third course would be the steak, potatoes with sour cream chives, hot bread, beets and asparagus. After the main meal, the fourth course would be sorbet or cheeses. The final course would be the dessert of cake or breads and coffee. Okay, lets start.

You first have the kitchen equipment, dishes, and the food on hand before you start. Second you would want to be assured of yourself so you would not panic if something slipped a minute. Finally, make the comment to do the dinner and then do it.

The following time scheduled will organize yourself so you will not be doing something twice or think you have forgotten something. Good luck.
