Edna Robbins Prestage, 88, of Hornersville, Mo., died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, at Hornersville.
Born Dec. 23, 1921, in Briar, Mo., daughter of the late Henry Wheeler and Ora McKinney Wheeler, she was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda Thomas and husband, Dewey, of Puxico, Mo., and Glenda Scott and the late Harold Scott, of Hornersville; one son, John Robbins and wife, Nancy, of Festus, Mo.; two sisters, Wilma Collins, of Farmington, Mo., and Irene Wicker, of Kennett; one brother, Wayne Wicker, of Illinois; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 18, at Powell Funeral Home in Steele, Mo.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 18, at Powell Funeral Home with Bro. J.E. Crews officiating.
Burial was in the McGee New Hope Cemetery at McGee, Mo.
Pallbearers were Terry Scott, Randy Scott, Jason Brewer, Keith Scott, Darrin Bruce and Todd Bennett.
Honorary pallbearers are Jason Evans, T.J. Scott, Jack Burgess.
