Norma Modena Church, 74, of Malden died Friday, Jan. 22, 2010, at Landmark Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was affiliated with the Sunnyvale General Baptist Church in Malden.

Born in Gideon on July 28, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Alpha Mae (Prince) Robertson. In 1950, she was united in marriage to Charles Wilson, who preceded her in death in 2003.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Helen Ruth Grace; and two brothers, Willie Edward Robertson and John Robert Robertson.

Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, Sharon Baker of Malden and Cheryl Lynn and Miles Francis of Newark, Texas; two sons and daughters-in-law, David Lee and Linda Wilson of Bonne Terre, and Charlie Boland and Amber of Kemah, Texas; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirley and Wymon Aaron of Dellwood, and Francis and Raymond Paul of Malden; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held Sunday, Jan. 24, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden. Funeral services were conducted Monday, Jan. 25, in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. James Hamlett and the Rev. Roger Fowler officiating. Interment was in Bernie Cemetery. Bradshaw Funeral of Malden was in charge of arrangements.
