Harold Lewis "Fudge" Wright, 75, of Campbell, Mo., died Friday, Jan. 22, 2010 at his residence.

Mr. Wright was born on May 19, 1934 in Holcomb, Mo., to the late Guy and Goldie Marie Bolin Wright.

He was a member of the South Canaan General Baptist Church in Gibson, Mo. He was a retired business owner, farmer, a self-employed truck driver, and served as a Military Policeman in the United States Army. He was a board member for the Holcomb Township and was an avid gardener.

On Dec. 31, 1955, he married Glendola Higginbotham in Hernando, Miss., who survives

Other survivors include three daughters, Lori Wright and Cindy Hays and husband, Stanley, all of Campbell, Sherri Vancil and husband, Mike, of Piggott, Ark.; two grandsons, Justin Paul Hays and Nicholas Guy Hays, both of Campbell, and two brothers, Delbert Wright, of Kennett and Winford Wright, of Campbell.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Floyd Wright, Sr. and Earl Wright.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 25, at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Campbell with Rev. Devon Black officiating.

Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery at Campbell.

Memorial may be made to VNA Hospice in Sikeston, Mo., or South Canaan General Baptist Church in Gibson.
