Richard Kelley

Richard Hiram Kelley, son of the late Albert Lindsey and Annie ell Saries Kelley, was born March 17, 1924, in Paragould, Ark., and passed away Friday, Jan. 8, 2020, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Cener in Kenentt at the age of 85.

On Oct. 13, 1946, in Paragould, he married Pauline Coffel.

Survivors include two sons, Jerry Hiram Kelley an wife, Becky, of Kennett, and Terry Lynn Kelley and wife, Sherry, of Senath, Mo.; one daughter, Linda Sewell, of Senath; three grandchildren, Gregory Hiram Kelley and Matthew Allen Sewell, both of Senath, and Stacy Lynn Forman, of Paragould; four great-grandchildren, Kellie Baldwin and Allyson Forman, both of Paragould and Zachary Hiram Kelley and Tray Allen Sewell, both of Senath; one brother, Clayton Kelley, of Kennett; several nieces and nephews and other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by five brothers, Lloyd, Charles, Leslie, Wallace an Homer Kelley and seven sisters, Blanche McClish, Pearl Jaco, Helen Tansil, Anna Mae Summers, Georgie Flood, Lillie Barks and Christine Mabry.

Funeral serices were held at 2 p.m., Monday, Jan. 11, at th McDaniel Funeral home Chapel in Senath with Rev. Dale Rickman officiating.

Burial will follow in the enath Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Mike Todd, Mitchell Smith, John Wilcox, Joe Chandler, Scottie Jackson and MarDon Layne.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Delta Childrens' Home.
